Join us for a fun evening with winemaker Greg Bybee of Benmar wines - a small Pinot & Chardonnay house out of beautiful Oregon.
The Benmar wines are small-lot and low-intervention, with fruit sourced from select vineyards rather than a single estate. Their Pinot Noirs pull from several of the Willamette Valley’s key AVAs—Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, Yamhill-Carlton and Chehalem Mountains—allowing them to either highlight individual areas or blend across them. Stylistically, they aim for expressive, polished Oregon Pinot with plenty of fruit but also earth, spice and freshness. Chef Jay will prepare courses to pair with these wonderful small-production wines during this intimate gathering.
